 My 1st juice was 3 months ago, Spinach,celery and Cucumber…well it came out looking like something that a barman would Serve up in a cocktail bar! 

But was a real nutrient Hit! Unlike a green frog cocktail!!! 

I used 2 big handfuls of spinach,4 sticks of celery and 1/4 of a cucumber, there was some left over after the 2 green frog shots were consumed of which I watered down as I do with some juices and slowly consumed through the day…

So why is fresh produce so important?? Well here’s the reason behind one of the 3 ingredients in this shot…

The Popeye of produce..yes Spinach is rich in iron. Iron plays a central role in the function of red blood cells which help in transporting oxygen around the body, in energy production and DNA synthesis. Spinach is also an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K 

Sounds kind of important No? Blood,DNA,bone health,your not going to get that out of a greggs spinach and ricotta pie now are we!… 

So try it for yourself any time of the day this one can work well for you…
